Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty - Dragon Vein Crystals and Essences Guide

Survival is of utmost importance in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. Naturally, the best way to stay alive is by having enough flasks/potions when you need 'em. And, of course, you'll probably want to upgrade their uses and potency, too. Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty - Dragon Vein Crystal and Dragon Vein Essence locations

The Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Dragon Vein Crystal and Dragon Vein Essence items can be found in various missions. Generally speaking, crystals increase the number of maximum flasks, whereas essences increase the amount healed.

Two Chivalrous Heroes - Dragon Vein Crystal

After beating Zhuyan, the demon monkey miniboss, you'll meet Zhu Xia the Blacksmith. Continue past this section and you'll see a large building in front of you. The item is inside.

Valley of the Crying Wraiths - Dragon Vein Essence

Progress further in the mission until you encounter the Shitieshou. You'll then see a fork that leads to the right. Head over there and take out the mobs to tag a Marking Flag. As for the essence, it's right below, underneath a demon tiger that you can ambush.

Demon Fort of the Yellow Heaven - Dragon Vein Crystal

Tag the Battle Flag in the yard and enter the shrine area. You'll see this on a reclining chair in the shrine to the left. Just watch out for an NPC invader.

In Search of the Immortal Wizard - Dragon Vein Essence

Inside the cave where you'll have to fight a demon croc guarding a Battle Flag. Climb the corrupted branches until you reach the top so you can pick up this item. A Marking Flag is also nearby.

Fall of the Corrupted Eunuch - Dragon Vein Essence

Make your way to the large chamber with the purple pools of water that drain your stamina. There, you should see the Battle Flag guarded by several sirens. The closest room to the left of that flag has the Luoyang Dungeon Keys, which will open the locked cells. The cell at the back of this area has the essence.

Fall of the Corrupted Eunuch - Dragon Vein Crystal

Continue progressing through the level until you reach the courtyard. Once you see the Battle Flag, check the area to the right.

Battle of Hulaoguan Pass - Dragon Vein Essence

Advance further in the level until you reach a small enemy camp, which happens to have a Battle Flag and Marking Flag. Climb the top of the scaffolding outside the encampment and open the chest.

Centuries of Glory Burned Away - Dragon Vein Crystal

This Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Dragon Vein Crystal can be found in the section with the dragon enemy that calls lightning wherever your character is standing. You can make it leave by casting long-range spells, whittling down its health bit by bit. Alternatively, you can do your best to make the complete loop around this area, climbing ladders and kicking down pots to put out the fires. Eventually, you'll reach a part that has a ladder leading down. The item is at the bottom.

Darkness Over Hanshui River - Dragon Vein Essence

Progress further in the level until you reach the last Battle Flag (just before the courtyard that leads to the boss' arena).  You'll notice a house across the river. Jump over the gap and enter the house to find a chest.

Tyrant's Final Banquet - Dragon Vein Essence

Advance further in the level until you reach a cavern with (a) a demon croc, (b) a Shitieshou, and (c) a Marking Flag up top. After eliminating the croc, climb the platforms and pick up this glowing item.

Tyrant's Final Banquet - Dragon Vein Crystal

Later in the same level, you'll reach an area with (a) a bamboo garden, (b) a Battle Flag, and (c) a Marking Flag in a gazebo. After clearing the enemies, keep to the right (at the large shrine). Go to the end of the landing and jump over the fence to pick up this item.

War's Flames Blaze Fiercely - Dragon Vein Essence

You can get this Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Dragon Vein Essence much later in the level. This is when you drain the river to reveal a path leading to a dragon head. However, you won't go to that location immediately. Instead, you'll want to backtrack to the sewer area just prior to this courtyard. You'll notice two Terracotta Soldiers off to the side just as you climb down the ladder. Beyond, there's another section with this item.
