Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is the latest CRPG from Owlcat Games, who have previously developed Pathfinder: Kingmaker and Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. As for the game itself, you are a scion of an ancient dynasty of privateers who explore the fringes of Imperial space while maintaining their own merchant empire. Tasked with expanding the borders of the Imperium, you will venture into the Koronus Expanse, a region of unexplored space that promises lost mysteries to solve and forgotten worlds to explore.
These worlds range from Agri-Worlds to Forge Worlds that can be claimed for your merchant empire or plundered for loot and other riches. It won't be easy, as there are both potential enemies and allies that will make navigating the very edges of space difficult and impactful. As your decisions will change the fates of worlds, you must choose wisely.
Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader will be released on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 on December 7, 2023.
