Get ready to cover the world in ink, as Splatoon 3 is the third installment in the Splatoon series!
The aim of the game is simple; cover your surroundings and enemies in ink. Players will enter into a 4v4 battle, where you will traverse the battlefield in style as you demolish the competition. There are several wild and crazy weapons to choose from to customize your third-person shooter experience. There is even a new weapon called the Splatanas, which is a fun take on a Katana! You can hack and slash ink around like nobody's business with these sword-like weapons. Not only are there weapons to choose from, but different outfits and cosmetics as well. On top of that, you can customize the color of your ink to make it unique to you.
There are new evasive maneuvers to use to duck and dodge the enemies' ink, such as Squid Surge and Squid Roll. Got covered in ink from head to toe? Don't panic! The way to defeat the opposing team is by covering as much of the ground in ink as possible, not the players, so get back in there and start slapping more ink around the field before the opposition pulls ahead.
The Salmonids have invaded once again, and in the co-op mode, it is up to you to fend them off and collect the Golden Eggs scattered around the battleground. Is co-op and multiplayer not your thing? Check out the game's solo mode, which allows you to play offline and follow the game's main storyline at your own pace without the need for fast-paced competition. No need to worry about being completely alone, as you will be followed by a Smallfry companion on your solo journey in case you run into some real trouble and need a helping hand.
