Rise of the Ronin

Rise of the Ronin is the latest action RPG by the team Team Ninja the developer behind Nioh and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.

As it's tradition since Nioh 2, players can create and customize their own character and face challenging Souls-like fights within in a drama-filled story of revenge and political intrigue.

The game depicts the Boshin War between 1968 and 1969, which marked the end of the Shogunate and restored Imperial rule in Japan. The war brought about the end of the Edo period and the beginning of the Meiji Era, and its a pivotal moment in Japanese history that permeates the atmosphere of Rise of the Ronin.
