In Palworld, getting access to new and improved technology is crucial to progressing through the game. While leveling up gives players Technology points to spend, Ancient Technology points require a bit more sweat to get them.
How to Get Ancient Technology Points in Palworld
The main way to unlock Ancient Technology points is by defeating major bosses. These are generally all marked on your map when you walk by them, and you can tell that they’re major bosses because a massive health bar will pop up on the top part of the screen.
Some of these bosses are the same Pals that you’ll find out and about regularly, so make sure you’re not missing any by checking your map. This includes any of the Rayne Syndicate fights and the Sealed Realms fights, so don’t let the pressure of them dissuade you from tackling them.
Bosses can be battled multiple times, but they only give you Ancient Technology points the first time you’ve beaten them. Thankfully, the map in Palworld will have a blue check over any bosses you’ve already fought and won against, so you don’t have to keep track of which bosses you’ve fought.
