Palia Flooded Fortress Shrine Guide - All Phoenix Statues

Palia is full of well-hidden secrets to explore, from the treasure chests littered across the map, to things like the shrine in the Flooded Fortress. That particular shrine will have you finding 4 Phoenix Statues in Bahari Bay, unlocking some cosmetic rewards for your house.

Read on for how to get into the fortress, as well as the locations of all 4 Phoenix Statues, and the reward you'll get for interacting with them!

How to Get Into the Flooded Fortress

Getting into the Flooded Fortress is tricky, but so long as you have a glider, you can get in.

As shown in the image below, from the Eastern Entrance you can glide onto the broken aqueduct, and then glide onto the upper level of the Flooded Fortress. From there, head inside the door to the north and down the stairwell to find the Large Phoenix Statue and the Shrine.

Note: On the lower side of the Flooded Fortress, you'll find one of Einar's Shiny Pebbles, and behind the Phoenix Statue inside is a vase with an Old Coin inside!

Bahari Bay Flooded Fortress Shrine

Once you've made your way into the fortress, you'll find the shrine with a large Phoenix statue beneath. Nearby, there's a shrine that states: "Respects Paid are Returned in Kind."

There's 4 different candles on this shrine, which each correspond to one Phoenix statue in Bahari Bay.

1. "My Wisdom was found in the Stars" (Top Right)
2. "My Wisdom was found in the Earth" (Bottom Right)
3. "My Wisdom was lost in the Sea" (Bottom Left)
4. "My Wisdom was lost in the Ruins" (Top Left)

Finding these statues is tricky, but each of the clues above should help you find them. See below for a map and the message each Phoenix Statue leaves behind.

Phoenix Statues' Locations and Messages

Corresponding with the map (and shrine messages) above, here's an explanation and image of each location above.

Statue 1 - Stars

This statue is found up high, overlooking Tamala's House, and the message: "When I lose myself in the sky, I remember how even small things can make a big impact."

Statue 2 - Earth

Find this below the marker on the map above, through an archway towards the geyser that can shoot you up in the air, and the message: "I explore to become lost. In those moments, I find myself again."

Statue 3 - Sea

Find this statue just southeast of the Beachcomber Cove Fast Travel point, in the shallows hidden inside a grouping of water plants and the message: "Even when I am lost, the beauty of the waves keeps me company."

Statue 4 - Ruins

Find this final statue to the west of Beachcomber Cove's Fast Travel point. You can follow the path and use a Geyser to get up to the level of the ruins, where this will be nestled in a corner and the message: "If am lost defending what I love, I shall live on in it forever."

Flooded Fortress Shrine Reward

Once you've interacted with all 4 statues, head back to the Flooded Fortress and to the shrine below.

While nothing has changed with the Phoenix Statue, you'll find an Ancient Treasure Chest with the Rose Madder Tile Floor cosmetic inside.
