If you're looking to collect all of the Charms for the Rustic Charm Achievement, we'll cover the extra steps you'll need to take in order to get the Mayor Setter Charm, which will complete your Alan Wake 2 Charms Collection!
You'll need to visit the different locations where you'll find "Setter for Mayor" campaign posters, and read each one.
In order to visit all 6 locations of the Mayor Setter campaign booths, you'll need to make it to the Valhalla Nursing home, which will have the final one you need.
Once you've visited all 6, you'll be able to go to Watery and meet Setter himself, unlocking not only the Mayor Setter Charm, but also the The Nice Things in Life achievement, as well as the Rustic Charm achievement.

While the Mayor Setter Charm is collected by visiting the campaign locations & meeting Mayor Setter himself - the remaining charms are collected by completing all of the Alan Wake 2 Nursery Rhymes.

Collecting all of the above will unlock the Rustic Charm Achievement.
How to get the Mayor Setter Charm
Collecting the Charm is pretty easy, and doesn't require any major riddles or puzzles to solve. It's also a helpful charm, that will unlock all of the locations on your map for things like Alex Casey Lunchboxes, Cult Stashes, and Nursery Rhymes!
Mayor Setter Locations in Bright Falls
There are three Mayor Setter Posters you'll find here.
- "Setter is Better" - From your car, head north up the street from the Lodge and you'll find this spot on your left.
- You can get this at any time.
- "Mayor Setter Won't Roll Over On the Issues" - From the Lodge, head across the street and turn left. Head straight until you run into this across the street from the Diner.
- You can get this at any time.
- "Vote for Mayor Setter to Sit in Office" - At the Valhalla Nursing Home, in front of the Wellness Center
- You can't get this until after you've started the Chapter, Return 5.
Mayor Setter Locations in Watery
There are three Mayor Setter Posters you'll find here.
- "Mayor Setter Will Stand Up for Justice" - Immediately after getting out of your car, you'll see this in front of the Suomi Hall bar.
- You can't get this until the first time you go to Watery.
- "When You Ask, Mayor Setter Will Speak" - Inside Coffee World, where the Moose is supposed to be near the entrance.
- You can get this your first time in Watery, in Return 3.
- "Mayor Setter Is Not Afraid of the Rough Questions" - At the Valhalla Nursing Home, in front of the Wellness Center
- You can get this your first time in Watery, in Return 3.
Visit Mayor Setter for the Mayor Setter Charm & The Nice Things in Life achievement
Once you've viewed (zoomed in) all of the Mayor Setter Posters, you can visit Mr. Setter himself. You'll head back to Suomi Hall, where you found the first poster in Watery, and find him right inside on the stage.
Yep, he's a dog with a job. A very important one, and he'd like you to pet him. Once you do, you'll get the Mayor Setter Charm, and unlock the The Nice Things in Life Achievement.
