You'll be able to get a look at the first Halo TV show trailer in just a couple of days -- it's going to premiere during The Game Awards 2021. For now, a short teaser has some new images from the show.
The Halo TV show has been in the works for quite a few years and was effectively in development hell. However, we've recently started to see some actual footage from the show, most recently with a teaser that leaked early on Facebook ads last month. Now, we'll be able to get an extended look at this ambitious new show in just a couple of days.
"Gear up, Spartans," read a tweet from the official Halo TV show account (via ResetEra). "We’ll see you at @thegameawards on Thursday. #HaloTheSeries"
It's been a long journey -- the Halo TV show was first announced back in 2013; it even had legendary director Steven Spielberg attached at one point. Unfortunately, it languished in development hell for most of the 2010s until the production team finally managed to get things together, ultimately settling on Paramount Plus as its home.

Unfortunately, there's no way of knowing exactly when it will pop up during the show. That said, there's a good reason to watch -- showrunner Geoff Keighley says that the show has "four or five" big reveals on the scale of the explosive Elden Ring announcement planned for this year's show. You can watch the show for free on thegameawards.com and most streaming platforms.
