The anticipated sequel to the city builder like no other, Frostpunk 2 is set 30 years after the first game. While the cold and scarcity of resources in this frozen wasteland are surely grave threats, it all pales in comparison to what people will do to each other.
You take on the role of the leader of the city who has to not only smartly plan out a working, efficient city, but you have to try to make all the people living in there happy as well. Not only happy, but grapple with those ambitious people that want to disrupt the status quo.
Your city can be much larger than the first game, with the ability to create districts with specific purposes. Choosing what district goes where, along with the policies, laws, and other choices will be key.
Of course, the bigger your city, the more complex your problems will be. People will slowly set into factions with different ideologies, meaning the policies and laws that get enacted become all the more important and difficult to make everyone happy.
